Water cooker

For efficient cooking or blanching of various products, such as shrimp, fish, tuna, vegetables, surimi, poultry products etc. Ensures a uniform cooking during which flavours can be added.

Continuous steam cooker

For quick and homogenuous cooking of various products such as shrimp, fish, tuna, vegetables, surimi, poultry products etc.

Pan fryer

The fryer consists of a forming/ buffer unit, a two-compartment fryer with a turning unit in the middle and a collection tray.

Continuous belt fryer

For continuous frying of various flat products. The continuous fryer has a top and bottom heating area. The distance between the heating plates is easily and accurately adjusted. The products are conveyed between two teflon coated fibre glass belts through the frying area. Belt speed is variable.
